Default Ignition Switch HELP!!!

I recently purchased a 1995 civic and the car would die if I did not hold the key. I then bought a switch and replaced it and cut the wires for the alarm to put back in. The car will not start not and none of the lights on the cluster go on. What could be the problem?

Here is what I have checked:
Battery 100% working
Disconnected Alarm
Checked for continuity refering to diagram ALL MATCHED!!!
Checked plugs

I have no idea why this is not working. Please help me out guys.

When i install alarms in these i use the wires on the back of the fuse box for the ignition kill.

Look around for spliced wires.

Does it get Spark?
Does it get Fuel? (can you hear the fuel pump when you turn the key to ignition)

the alarm is disconnected and the wires are put toghether.

There is no power and the car doesnt crank. Nothing Happens. No cluster lights come on. I am sure the battery is fine because I have charged it and my headlights and whatnot work.

I took apart the looming on the harness adn ran each wire seperatly to be positive that they were all connected

The tumbles turn fine. I can turn the switch with a screwdriver fine. I also sanded down the contacts on the switch.

I installed another stock 95 civic ignition switch. Its not a push button start. Check what relays? there are no relays on the harness

Does not Start
Does not crank
Cluster does not light up
The switch is pretty much not functioning even though it has continuity in the right positions. Belive me I am so confused and pissed I have spent like 15 hours trying to get something done
