Default b18c1 dyno results

it's a weird/low torque curve...any suggestions as to why? gsr obd1 longblock and trans..2000 si wiring harness and ecu...guess that 70 mm tb is hurting as to why the low torque number...at one point i make more tq then hp??
any suggestions/comments?

where i dyno'd (IL)

sorry about the size...and i don't have the air/fuel ratio...it was running really lean like 18-19:1...so we did a quarter runs (added more fuel..then stopped & added more till the air/fuel looked close) like 12-13 run to get the air/fuel any other suggestions/opinions? what torque numbers to lightly modded c1's produce?

see all that torque you lost down low... I'm no tuning expert but i'm guesing thats from the skunk2 manifold. You'd be supprised how much the dual runners will help on the stock manifold.

i dont think the torque looks too bad. You lose a lot from the throttle body / skunk2 manifold.

your problem is that ecu, I would be willing to bet you would see ALLOT more gains with a chipped p28/72.........obd2 majorly sucks

I think some tuning could help you in the HP curve. The torque looks good though. Do you have ITR or aftermarket cams?

line on..33 psi..off 43 psi...vtec was at 5300 via the vafc...hence the big dip...the vafc is adding 23-30% +fuel from 5500 rpm and up...runs really lean witht he b16 si ecu

Get a VAFC and tune your car with that. It'll smoothen out your Power curve and you'll gain even more.

If you are adding 20-30% fuel, that sounds like Way too much! Make sure all of your sensors are OK, and everything else is Kosher, INjectors, etc. Thats like moving from a 240cc injector to a 310, mostly used for turbo apps or major NA mods..

it's still stock si computer..the air/fuel was like 18-19:1 with the VAFC set to zero...it ranges from 20% at 5000 to about 29% at 6000 rpm and drops back down to mid 20% 7000 and 8000...a gsr ecu ignition timing curve is LESS agressive then a b16 curve for emmisions reasons...flowing air for a well breathing 1.8..but still a 1.6 obd2 "sucky" ecu

also u said something about a bad o2 sensor code, this will cause the ecu to run in safty mode, causeing a good loss in power, get an obd 1 ecu!
