make sure your not running just one sensor, or 2 wires to just one sensor, the idle will drop, it will hesistate during consistant throttle, and gas milage will be ****. if you are running an aftermarket header make sure you have 2 oxygen bungs welded in the top part of the header. there is a thread on this page or the next about that exact same topic.

yeah i have an aftermarket 4-1 header but theres only one place for an o2 and i have a full tsudo exhaust and when i got it it had a plug in it so why is it important to run 2 o2 sensors? thanks

So why is it important to run 2 o2 sensors?

Its important because that is the way the car was designed. Now your unplugged O2 sensor is giving the ECU incorrect feedback.

Bottom line... your ecu is seeing a lean condition, and compensating by adding fuel when it really isn't necessary.

easiest thing for you to do would be to convert to odb1. Iam finding out the hard way by staying obdo and butchering my 4-1 header by welding in 2 o2 bungs.
