Default F22 Turbo Help/Advice

So i'm new to the whole Accord scene and am only really familiar with D and B series motors. I own a '94 Accord LX, and is quite fast for a car with a stock motor.
(Took 1 '00 Si, 1 EF w/ D16Z6, and 1 DC4 semi-built with my 5th gear grinding tranny and slowly slipping clutch. Keep in mind my motor has 249,XXX miles with no leaks and no smoking!!!) Now back to the point of creating this thread... I'm looking to boost my motor but have a few things i really need some assistance figuring out. Obviously trying to boost my motor w/ 249,XXX isn't a wise idea no matter how strong it's running. Would you recommend going with a stock re-build kit for the bottom end or dropping in forged pistons and rods? If you recommend the forged, what brand are you familiar with that will be able to handle 10-12 psi safely on a daily driven car? I'm also looking for recommendations on kits, and whether the head will be safe stock in those conditions or if a build will be necessary for that. I'm looking to still keep both my A/C and power steering. Please any help would be appreciated.

go with a small turbo, or make a DSM kit your self. Or spend some time researching, go to google use the search button and enter accord turbo, ect, and read. thats the best you can do. Then when you know what your going to be running, come back and tell us what you know and what your power goals are and we'll give you the best advice we can.

FORGED PISTONS for boost. Don't replace w/ stock pistons, that would be silly.

Any reputable piston manufacturer is fine for boost. (CP, JE, Weisco, Mahle, etc.) I run CP's in my motor.

You can keep A/C and power steering without too much trouble. Any log manifold will allow for that.

Stock head will be fine. Ported/proper cam would be better but stock is fine.

Well i had no intentions of going with an exceptionally large turbo because my goal is 250-275 whp. I didn't think a stock rebuild would be the better option of the 2 but i have seen it done. The reason i asked on the whole build v.s. rebuild was because i read that the F-series motors have cast iron sleeves which is much better for boost than say that of a D-series which has cast aluminun and most people associate building the block and having it sleeved. But after some more research i've found the sleeves will easily handle around 300 hp but with upgraded head studs of course. I'm looking for a turbo that will hold a constant 10-12 psi all the way to redline.

10 psi is easy, almost any turbo will do.

not to burst your bubble but if you plan to keep it running a long time, nothing short of a semi-build is in the future.

Yes i've gathered that, so i suppose at the very least the bottom end being built is a must. Because it must be able to hold the stress of daily driving but also handle the times when i want to really get on the gas.
