Default Blower Motor Only Works On Setting 3 & 4?

My blower just suddenly started behaving like this -

OFF - OFF
1 - OFF
2 - OFF
3 - 3
4 - 4

The first two settings do nothing at all, and the 3rd and 4th work as normal. Am I correct in assuming that I need to replace number 5 in the parts diagram?

Part Number - 79330-SH3-003
Item - RESISTOR, BLOWER
Price - 22.26

You may be able to luck out and get one as a pocket score from a junkyard. If you're pulling used ones, just compare your bad one to them, you'll see which ones are good very easily. Otherwise I think they're ~$25 from Majestic. Or if you're patient, I put a WTB for one in my sig and got one from a member here after three weeks or so.

I'm 100% going to get one new so I don't have to worry about it for another 17 years
