Removal of Dash (96-98 Civic)

I recently purchased a 96 EK...The Kid that owned it before painted the dash with a paint brush white

I was wondering what is the fastest way to remove the dash? That and if anyone in the ChicagoLand area has one for sale...I need center console, dash,vents you guys get the point...Let me know
