Default bounce problems with Coil Overs

I have a 95 accord I installed a set of Coil Overs on my car with the original shocks. The car looks good dropped, but it bounces like crazy. How can this be fixed?

But the shocks were fine with the original springs. I don't understand. Can someone explain?

Sure. Dropping a Car shortens the travel of the shock rod and places more stress on the internal components. You might have bottomed out right after lowering the car and that alone is enough to blow the stock shocks. OEM Shocks were never meant to handle to stress of a lowered car.

When I installed the Coil Overs The Top cap that bolts on to the chasis never connected in other words when I jack up the car the spring is very loose. I can move it up and down with no problems It is not like how the stock was all together. Even when I ajust it to the very limit of length it is still very loose.

Cool I will replace them. What should I ask for when replaceing? I want to be able to ajust from 1-4, and I don't wont to spend alot of money.
