Adjustable Cam Gears with on a Stock Engine?

Adjustable Cam Gears with on a Stock Engine?
Would adjustable cam gears be of any benefit on a stock engine with basic bolt ons and V-AFC? Or is it a waste of money? No cam upgrades in the future are planned either...

Jason was able to squeeze out about 7 or 8 hp across the entire band with cam gears on stock cams. But he also had a field afc and spoon header.

this pic shows ONLY an advance on the stock cam gears, playing w/ the fields controller and a timing advance...not bad, 5 HP on stock cams

Enough for an upgrade... i noticed she was running a little slow so i took a look at the server and noticed it only had 128MB of ram 
So i'm up'ing her to a dual xeon with 1GB ram
