Default 91 civic wagon 2wd weird things happening!

I've been ridin my HO (st1300) entire summer, but today I wanted to get my little wagon out to get it ready for some nasty weather.
Well, I had to push it into my garage because it didn't want to start. I can hear fuel pump prime for 2-3 sec. I can hear main relay click the same time!
Finally I got it to run, ran fine then I shut it off and surprizes begun. Every time I cycle the key, I can hear main relay come on but fuel pump ain't running, I did jump test for the pump, It is working just fine. I tested (according to ALLDATA pro - I have access) main relay, injectors (main at max 1.6 Ohm auxilary at 7.9ohm). I don't have "good known" ECU for swapping procedure!
Another thing, when engine doesn't start I get code 16 (fuel injectors) but SEL isn't on. I tried to clean injectors (were dirty) with kerosine (soaked them for some time). Well, after all that procedure, engine started (reluctantly) every time, but ran like s#!t very rich. and SEL was on all the time!
If anyone had similar experience, please share!
Thanks!

As I see you like to go the hard way!
It is ok!
According to ALLDATA pump flows ok, (if you want to know details e-mail me).
I performed (if you've read my first post) all the tests.
If there is fuel starvation caused by clogged fuel filter (dirt accumulation in the tank), then there will be driveability problem such as lack of power etc.
Fuel pump sounds uniformely. Fuel supply constant and very good quantitiy!
If there is someone with similar problem, please reply!
I hate throwing parts ant any car before proper pin-point diag!
Cheers!

Something that may be happening is the car is used to low flowing fuel injectors and you cleaned them. You said that it was running rediculously rich. Try resetting the ECU (unplug the negative on battery or pulling the fuse) to compensate for clean flowing injectors. Free and worth a try. BTW I have a DPFI and an old ford so Im clueless. Ive never owned a true fuel injected car.

As I said, I repaired the car already.
I just wanted to see if someone had similar experience with his/her dual injector TB set-up car.
Thanks for reply!

Yo Fool, this forum moves fast. You have to bump your thread up a few times a day if you want a response.

P.S. and insults are not a good way to get a reply.

If you repaired it why don't you tell us how, and what the problem was, so that you can add to the knowledge base here. Also you need to chill out. By not posting the solution that you found you are just leaving the same amount of garbage in the archives as all the guys that were pissing you off so much. Your post becomes just as worthless as theirs, without a solution.
