JDM Swaps in Connecticut??? Smog Legal???

I have a 98 EX with B18C5 sitting in my shop, smog legal in connecticut??? Any one have swaps in the area and know what will pass if anything. Or even Rhode Island smog laws, will it pass here.???

I have taken my car through emissions with two different JDM engines and passed both times. Just make sure yo have all the emissions hooked up and your cat is good.
