whats the purpose of this? wat does it do when you already have an internal one? can you have two wasteguge? do you recommend me doing this on my greddy kit as well?

no and no.
the turbo is small enough that the internal gate will suffice. that setup is only pulling exh off of one runner, and may be prone to boost creep.
