Default Problem with low fuel pressure

This is continued from this thread...
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1673162

The spark plugs were white and had a brown ring around
them after only 1500 miles.

I tested the fuel pressure today and it was 24psi,
34psi with vacuum hose disconnected.

What could cause such low fuel pressure?

Thx fellas

I'm gonna try swapping regulators today an see what happens.

Could I put a warlbro 255lb in there or would that be over doing it?

What would I do about restriction in the line?

Ok, I swapped regulators today and the pressure is good now
but the original problem still remains the same which is making me
think it's still ignition related.

The car ran awesome for 20k miles, I know it has the right injectors in it.

I cleaned out the fuel filter and put it back in, the fuel
pressure didnt change any.

w000h000, I found the problem

I was sitting in my car just letting it idle and the rpm's would drop whenever I released the clutch, then I actually heard the
clicking sound from the relay. I was hitting the relay with
my foot because i just had it dangling from the wire for
easy access to remove so no one could steal my car,
I tucked it a little farther up in the wires and now it's good
to go.
