Dunno specifically to the momo, but there should be a round white piece of plastic that causes the stock steering wheel to disengage the turn signal. Has this happened to you since you installed the steering wheel?

You can't just directly install it into the steering column shaft.
USDM cable reel have a plastic ring around the shaft which prevent
you to let JDM Momo SRS to seat properly onto the 9'clock & 3'clock key
position of the shaft. I had to break two tabs on the plastic ring and then
JDM Momo SRS seat perfectly, no return signal problem.

i had no problems when i had mine on...only on soft turns did i have to return the signal manually(and that is normal for others ive talked to with the jdm srs wheel). on normal left or right full turns it worked like stock. check your install.

you said above "everytime i go to make a turn" it doesnt turn off. i didnt say mine worked "everytime" if you read my response carefully. try the jdm reel then since you have it.

For soft turns I have to manually turn mine off as well. As mentioned above this is a common occurance with this swap.

And it is an easy fix. Mine have worked great since day one. When the steering wheel is off the column and you look at how everything works, you'll see what the issue is with this swap.

You most likely have the wrong hub. Two hubs work, but only one keeps the signal cancel operational. You need hub part #4911. Heres a thread -
