Default class action lawsuit against one-fab

i am looking into filling a class action lawsuit against him, with advice from the attourney i retained he says i need a minimum of 30 people who can give testimony under oath(wont have to travel if you can get a court reporter(100$ or so) so it can be done as a class action lawsuit... its been almost a year since i orded 10 manifolds and 3 downpipes from them and i have gotten nothing... i need a vouch list and pm me so we can do this for real... i need people who will actually spend 100-200$ to take care of this problem...

already have a suit in small claims court but according to my lawyer it will not put him in jail.. a class action suit in federal court will not only make him pay back what he owes to everyone who comes foward or what he worth, meaning putting a lein on his house, his shop, his cars, anything he owns will be auctioned to pay for his mistakes along with jail time for fraud and grand theft...

Yeah bro, goodluck with that, seriously, that dude is a ******* ******* for dicking you guys over like that. If it was me, and I was in his neiborhood, I would harass his *** all of the time. Slash his tires, etc... After all he did rob you guys of your hard earned money, and I'm suprised that no one has kicked his *** yet, I'm guessing he moved. That's just my opinion, nothing makes me more mad than a sketchy buinessman

Count me in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Provide me with the legal paperwork and I am all for it as well as my two customers still waiting. I think they would definately be down.

However if we could just get what is owed to us and it doesn't crack on my customers I think we would all decline this offer. BUT it has been over 2 weeks since his Lackey has called telling my customers one manifold and dp would go out by end of week and the other the next week.

So as it stands I think I am down now!

jail time.... i know im going to get my 6800 back from him... id be happy with spending 500 extra dollars to give me peace of mind to know that this ******* who ended up taking 6800 dollars from me and then the almost 9000 i had to pay back to my customers so i can keep my shop reputable... 500 is nothing to me to know that this guy will be in jail for all the stress he has caused me and im sure others wont mind as well.... as for him not owning anything, i highly doubt that....

They will garnish his wages(Job), until it's all paid back in full. I think they can take up to 25% of his salary a year, and I hope they do, *******.

I hate seeing stuff like this. Like I've said before, for some reason our industry is filled with these fly-by-night operations that come in, start selling stuff, then mess up and end up taking people's money.

Companies like one-fab make it hard for legit companies to make it in the marketplace.

Basically, they will say, I will have it shipped out next week, and this will carry on for over 6months- over a year in some cases.

probably b/c this guy is still in business and still making manifolds, just not for the customers that arent on HIS priority list. More of just favors for friends it seems.
