Hello All,

Just wanted to let you all know that I am also in the same situation as the rest of you. No return phone calls, promises of parts shipping, etc... I have already had to talk my customer out of cancelling twice. If he does, I am stuck with the over $5000 worth of parts he ordered.

It's not like I am just some shop trying to get a kit at a lower price. If the service and quality were good. This could have turned into a lot of business for One Fab. I just can't believe that Matt would treat any of his customers this way!

Anyway, I am seeing Red at this point and I am at a loss as to what to do...

I'm gonna start "Stealthmode Manifold Escrow". lol. You send your money to me, and the manifold comes to me. When they are both here, I'll send both of them the other way. Manifolds are high risk these days, so the fee is gonna be around $10,000, but do you want your manifold or do you wanna get onefabbed? hahahaha.

The money sucks, but as long as I get the parts, I can always sell them... The worst thing is the customer is a large tuner in Canada that buys from us. He does some top notch stuff and I think this may have severed that realtionship.

My customer Rich Abernathy aka TTE_TEG was called two weeks ago from Brandon (I believe was his name) some guy who now answers Matt's calls and calls out to customers on status. Well he was told oh yeah on Thursday yours is set to go out, it it 2 weeks later and still ntohing. Jason Wadsworth aka JDogg was emailed and told next week, well now almost 2 weeks later also. \


But don't worry Matt is a great GUY , he won't screw you over! lmffao!!!!!

We are coming up close to one year, maybe it stands for 1 year Fab

 

lol matt is a joke.. im glad i stuck with geoff and the full race guys !! 3 week ..for my top mount and it was awesome to begin with .. and to think i thought about a gettin a ONE FAB top mount..
