Do you mean to take it out and fill it?
Uh, lots of ways, really, all involving fabrication, welding, and painting.
Very few ways will be asthetically pleasing or hard to notice when finished.
The only one I have seen that looks decent is Catch-22's and his only cost him a wrecked ITR and some $$$.

Purchase a roof from a wrecker pop the front windhield out, remove the black trim strips along the roof, drill out the spot welds, remove the roof, spot weld the wrecker roof in, replace the trim strips, windshield, paint it and your done. Or have a shop do it for $600.00

There's a picture of how I filled my roof here:

Not terribly attractive, but certainly effective.

Make sure you heat them up first. Once that is done they form an indestructable bond that will withstand any and all force subject to them.

I heard that kevlar fibers are actually spun from melted and fused peeps.

Best of both old school and cutting edge: Dzus fasteners and Carbon fiber. That'd look really cool, and be removable too. How much is a 2'x3' sheet of hardened carbon fiber, anyway? Shouldn't need any curves or bends.

I bought a $50 piece of lexan and riveted it to the top of the car and put a piece of molding around the whole thing to make it looks decent. I have an 86 CRX si.
