Default 500 WHP club! w00t!

well it has been a long road for the past 6 months. new turbo setup, new cage, suspension, and the abuse i put my engine through with the old to4b, for her to hold up like this, i am happy.

setup:
84mm stock crank b16
crower / je 9:1
gsr cams
rev 1mm over valvetrain
f-r t3 t67 ho .70/.82
hondata s200b tuned my myself and james at our shop
1200 cc/min injectors.

ill post up a plot when i get home from e-town, leaving in 12 hours, talking about cutting it close, we just got it off the dyno at 4:30 this am.

but it made 520 whp and 313 ft/lb torque at 26 psi. cant remember the rpms but we were pushing it to 9500 and it was holding strong. this was on c16, i think my coil isnt hot enough for anythig past that, but overall i am happy.
the afr's were 11.2 - 11.5 conservative i know and timming was 20 degrees up top. we are still learning, this is the first honda we did on race fuel, and the first above 750 injectors.

damn i cant wait for e-town this weekend.

thanks to (and in no particular order)
james, jay, rudy, josh, erik, dan, andy, chuck, miguel, mark motovicity, rinnie and spence at rhodes, and the sun is coming up i know i have forgotten a few but you know who you are.

and thanks H-t!

yes. 350 at 17 psi still conservative on the timming.

thats funny, i cant take all the tuning credit, james did about 85% of the work. but it was a great learning experience.

Power seems kinda low for that boost level on a T67.

timming is only 18.5 - 19.0. i think my coil isnt hot enough but i am ok with it. the engine is tired and has had the snot kicked out of it for the past 3 years. i am happy with it. i got this turbo / injector combo to grow into. i have a 1.9 in the works. i just want to have some fun this summer. i am not out to win a championship, just want to have fun.

Definitely nice job. I know what its like to work that long on something and finally have it done. I have to agree with the guy above those numbers do seem really low for a t67 h.o. no matter what the displacement. But I'm definitely not bashing its still going to be fast as hell!!!

Yeah. That AF sounds reasonable and that timing isn't a slouch.

I Give props to your car, I know its all about fun and what not, and I am not bashing, I just wanted to get the question answered. because I have seen consistently that around that boost level on t67's power is generally deep 600's. good example is terry. made like 675 on 28psi. was also a 84mm b16 like yours. in all honestly I would think the turbo was an sc61. but anyway good numbers man, Im sure it feels sick on the street. thats all that matters

honestly, i am not worried about it i went over the map again today, the timming was actually 18.5 up top, we were tuning on c16 just to be safe, i dont have compression test numbers as i am scared to check, but again this is my first time having a hand in tuning my own car. when i get home from e-town i may post up the boost/af plot. it is a little whacky, but again i am learning, and we have never tuned bigger than 750's. i want to hear the good and the bad. duty cycles are low, plenty of room, pondering an ems change. want to do coil on plug. but FIRST, i am gonna have some fun with it this season. this is the first time i will be leaving on slicks, on a car that is making good power. i havent been in the 11's for 10 years, god i miss my t type.

but again thanks everyone. good and bad.

Do you have the dyno chart? Are you guys reading the plugs after a pull? Have fun enjoying the finished setup man.
