gapping spark plugs???????

Default gapping spark plugs???????

i ordered NGK BCPR7ES sparkplugs, theyre coming tomorrow. I need to gap them to .028 inches.......how do i do that???????

buy a spark plug gapper or feller gauges from the auto parts store and have them show you hao to doit

I would check first to see if they're already pre-gapped. The last few times I've bought spark plugs, they've been pre-gapped.

alright ....i asked a guy at Innovative Tuning in Buffalo...he said to gap them at .028

true, they usually come pregapped but at autozone, usually they have them next to the cashier, its this gapping tool, about the size of a quarter, hell it looks like a quarter with #'s on it. pick up one those and you'll be done in minutes

word....its running a lot better now......still rich, but its cold.....the hotter plugs are igniting much better

BCPR7ES = not pre-gapped
BCPR7ES-11 = pre-gapped 1.1mm or .044"
