What type of oil to use...

What type of oil to use...

I'm having slight lifter problems, and my mechaniac told me it could be the oil i'm using. I'm using mobile 1 5w30 full synthetic. He showed me a TSB (technical service bulletic) that recommended using 5w20 instead, not full synthetic.

My question - Is it ok or even recomeended to use 5W20 instead of 5W30 on a 2000 1.6 EX civic?

I would tend to follow the advice from a Honda issued TSB.
