cold engine bogging/sputtering? jdm b16a in EK
ok I got a 97 ek hatch with a jdm b16a, wired with a 96-98 automatic ex harness. everything is wired correctly to my knowledge, and the plugs/wires,dist., fuel filter, tps, IACV, and injectors have all been changed to try and fix this problem. Oh and I'm shooting no codes whatsoever. ECU is a phareable chipped p28.
When ever the car is first started, say in the morning, or after its been sitting and the engine has cooled off. You start it and try to drive, and it like runs very rich/bogs and will even backfire. It barely moves, unless you kinda push the gas peddle in and out it'll pick up if you are heavy on it and go. This continues until it reaches the normal temp.
Then once it warms up it drives amazing... for about 30 mins. Then it just looses a ton of power out of nowhere, doesn't sputter or anything, just seems to loose a shitload of power, mostly midrange, the vtec end is still strong but no where near as good as before.
Could it be the main relay? Should I get a 5spd harness? I'm pretty much out of ideas here... any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
