Default JDM B16a misfires/sputters when I push down on the gas pedal

"UPDATE"
I fixed my idling issue due to not having a TPS, so i swapped out my throttle body
My NEW ISSUE is every time i would try to rev my engine the RPM doesn't go up more like goes down, seems like the car is going to stall, Not sure what its called Misfire or Sputter.

Solved
I just got my swap done and here are the issues I'm running into...
When I start the car it IDLES straight to 3k and check engine light turns on

Specs:
JDM B16a stock
Ex harness obd2
Shell ej6 EK
P28 ECU

If you need pictures of my wiring will do so!

You have to have a TPS it's the sensor on the backside of the throttle body. Is it a chipped P28 because that isn't the correct ECU for that engine unless it has a b16a basemap. But yeah when you get time pull the codes it'll only take 5 minutes

Maybe it would be easier if i tell you more about my setup,
Virgin P28 ECU OBD1 With Obd2 Jumper to Civic EX engine Harness
JDM b16a SIR2
FIRST SWAP!
And i really dont know if i ever saw that TPS maybe thats why its acting up because of the side of the throttle is the MAP and the bottom of it has the lines(Coolant) But ill double check and get those codes asap! Because the car is actually at my friends house with no car its kinda hard plus with work and school.

you need to get an OBD1 P30. A P28 is for a single cam.

... you're right, but p30 is commonly an OBD 2 ecu... the pr3 is the b16 obd 1 ecu...

If you left the tps unplugged I'm actually shocked that the car even runs.

Regardless of the p28 being the wrong ecu the car will still run/drive...just not that well.

Every 92-95 civic with a b16a had an obd1 p30 ecu including the usdm del sol vtec.

Pr3 is obd0 (88-91 civics with b16a and 90-91 integra xsi) and obd1 only 92-93 integra xsi.

p28 Would work fine on a DOHC, I know a lot of people that has ran p28 and if you even look at DIY on B-Series swap p28 is highly the chosen one! Not here to argue thou

Default JDM B16a Gassing Issues (SWAP) HELP!

Quick Details:
SIR JDM B16a
Virgin p28 ECU

I recently got the swap done and my issue is every time i would press on the gas the RPM would rather go down and seems like its going to stall WONT REV basically, not sure what you call that misfire?"RPM wont go up when gas pressed" Also known as sputter i believe
TPS & Map Sensors connected...
What would make this issue happen? Any information/tips would help me!
Wrong size injectors? fuel rail not getting enough gas?...etc

Is it true having a bad o2 sensor can cause this because my o2 sensors arnt connected yet btw!

Something i should point out:
Before this issue happened my idle was very bad "3k" but i have fixed this issue by swapping out my throttle body reason why i did not have a TPS sensor and now i do! But before when it idled at "3K" i can press on the gas slightly to make the car move but when i dumped/floored on the gas, the engine would seem like it would stall and rpm backs down.
Here is the post about the idling issue

Default JDM b16a o2 sensor need help (SWAP)

I just did the swap and i realized this engine only takes one o2 sensor the primary but the harness im using has two plugs for the 02 primary and secondary i need to plug on my o2 sensor so my check light can turn off the thing is which one do i just plug in,the one closer to the front or the one closer to the firewall im using a p28 ECU and not sure if i should plug in both and connect the front or the back to the header?! Basically idk which o2 sensor should i plug in into the header it self since there is two o2 and not sure which one the ECU is reading.

Always list your year/make/model. For the p28 you'll only use one 02. The 02 will be the one that comes first or is closest to the front of the engine called the primary 02.

Fix your check engine light and then do additional trouble shooting.
