Default swap help

im swapping an 96 ls motor into my 97 civic hatch. I was just wondering if i shoul just use my stock ecu and wiring harness, or should i swap it to the ls ecu and wire harness. Im pretty sure i can use the stock one from my car but i just want to be sure. Thanks

If you match what OBD year your car is then it should just swap over. The motor doesnt really matter, what matters is what injectors ECU and distributer your running. Stay obd1 with everything and you'll be fine. Some wires my need to be extended for sensors n such but other then that you should be fine.

Your going to need

0bd1 LS dizzy
0bd1 ECU

Jeez I think thats it.
