Default Euro Civic Type R 5-lug question

No luck with search. No luck in Suspension forum. I'm sure this has been hashed out before.

What is the difference between the civic type r 5-lug compaired to the us ITR 5-lug?
Wheel bearing size the same? Rotors, calipors, lca's?

hmm all i can think of right now is axle size, ITR is 36mm and CTR is 32mm and ITR uses CUP Type Rear LCA and CTR uses FORK Type Rear LCA

I think that's about it. both would work I believe, only prob is getting those replacement 36mm axles, I think those are exlusive to j-spec ITR. Other than that, I think ECA handled the rest

Every so often I see someone selling a CTR 5-lug swap. So if the CTR is 32mm and you have a GSR/ITR tranny (which would be 36), how do you fit the axle? Do they make a 32/36 axle? Or would you have to buy one of each and then make your own?

CTR is 32mm.

Differences between CTR and ITR are the rear LCA's and the trailing arms.

You'll need Integra rear soft lines for a 96-00 Civic.

Link to my Write up on 5-lug on a 96 hatch is in my biography.

Nice write up!
But basically a CTR spindle will not work with an ITR tranny because there is no such thing as a 32-36 axle, correct?
