If the lines on your hood dont match up with the lines on your grill then your grill is wrong. Get the 99 2000 grill and everything is all good. That would be my guess not seeing any pics.

96-98 is completely different than 99-00...
If you want to swap to 99-00 style you need rad support (or modify the 96-98), fenders, bumper and headlights (grill too but you already have that).

Stay 96-98 dude... buy my JDM SIR bumpers and a SIR lip and it'll be 10 times sicker than a 99+ conversion.

everything is fine.. is just that the grill have like a lump, but on the driver side it fit perfectly.. for some reason on the passenger side it dont wanan go thru.. i think the tab on the bumper is being force out by the radiator support. i might take a look at a friend car.
yea i think thats the reason why, i was looking at some website on ht.. this guy had to cut out the tab and drill 2 holele..i think thats the reason why.

you guys are going to hear this once. I said it many times before. 96-98 and 99-00 are both the same rad support. The only different are a few mounting holes. The problems that people are getting are from the Bumper retainer brackets. the 96-98 and 99-00 are completely different. The retainer is that metal bracket that sits right below the headlights.
trickek9, I believe you PM me about this. Your problem is your grill. You must mount it FLUSHED on the bumper first. there are bolts that hold it on. then slide the bumper onto the car, make sure the bumper clips over the retainers, then slides on like normal. then mounting the bolts on the fenders.
DxBurnoutKing, um.. your conversion is pretty ghetto man. you didn't weld it. looks like you used self taping screws.

look, no weld marks. nice rust from not doing it correctly.
btw, this dude did it correctly. just need to cut this tab, line up the bumper and drill a hole. then put in a plastic retainer clip.

^^ yea it wasnt my car... and i figured that my boy would go and get it welded... but oh well. it held up just fine until the thieves who stole it tried jacking the car up by that point and then the flatbed dropped the car on its frame in the junkyard.

LOL thats my car from this past weekend if u want my DIY on this its here

Also I agree that not spot welding the rad support back on was wrong which i noticed on that old thread too, plus the fact that they used a "SAWZALL" freaked me out, since all u need is a spot weld removal bit and then an air chizel to just bump the support off with out damaging anything. But too each their own u know... but its possible to do it without the rad support as you can see by my results, they would have been a lot better if i had used honda parts too.
here is a pic if you dont go to my DIY link
