Can you convert an OBD-II head into an OBD-I?
Yeah I know for sure youd have to change that out since they come in different OBD flavors, but will an OBD-1 dizzy bolt up to a OBD-2 head?
I have an '87 Teg and the next version OBD dizzys (OBD-0, electronic avance) DO NOT bolt up. Hence the questions
and are there any other sensors that I need to worry about?

you dont even really have to change the dizzy. the difference is that the obd2 has the crank angle sensor? down by the oilpump. and not in the dizzy like the obd1.
so as long as the ecu sees the crank angle either down by the oil pump or in the dizzy and its wired right it doesnt matter which dizzy you use.
so it depends on what harness you have in the car.
note: if you use an obd2 dizzy on a obd1 block you wont have a crank angle. (ie your car wont run)

Keep in mind if you want to run the CKY and CKP sensors you'll need the OBD2 oil pump. Swapping out the dizzy is your best bet... that way you can actually adjust your timing via dizzy.

Very good point... OBD2 oil pumps are the only ones with the location to mount the sensors around the crank gear... Wouldn't you also need an OBD2 crank gear though? Because it has magnets in it that the sensor reads I thought....

i have an obd2 h22a in my 92 lude and it runs ok. i used the obd1 dizzy on it and didnt have problems with timing. however i believe also obd1 dizzys have external coils and obd2 has internal. only problem i had was with my fuel pressure which isnt really a related issue.

Thanks for repling guys.
I'm going to be running a Neptune OBD-1 P28
I just need to get another head for my spare block because the head I am using for my G23 block has oversized valves, but the spare block will be running stock Type S pistons.
