Default Buying new suspension! But too confused!

I need help deciding which suspension setup to get, but I've been reading through all these forums and everything and everyone has different setups, so I decided to post my setup so you can help me personally. I want to drop my 94 prelude 1.7-2.0 inches on 18" Rims with low profile (215/35/18) tires on them. My main concern is ride comfort and good looks, I don't care about handling or any sporty racing stuff like that. Which shocks and which springs should I get to achieve the most comfortable ride on bumpy roads while having my car lowered at most 2 inches?

Thank you in advanced!

"Low profile tires" isn't very descriptive. Anyway, just get some cheapass shocks and those silly coilover sleeves.

technically if you want the most comfort.....you should keep stock suspension and not lower and not buy low profile tyres

its kinda like an oxymoron

Why would you want 18 inch rims on a Prelude anyways? To me, that's too big for an FF.

First thing that comes to mind is Koni yellow shocks plus Neuspeed Sport springs (1.75" front, 1.5" rear).

Should give you a very reasonable ride and a decent drop to go with those 18"s. Coilovers will let you get it dropped perfectly so maybe get Ground Control sleeves instead of Neuspeed. This would give a little stiffer though.

I had a SH with 18s and atleast 1 1/2 drop. The ride was very nce with the TOKICO BLUES w/springs. If youre worried about bump roads dont get such small tires, example, instead of the 35s get the 40s

If comfort is your main concern, you should get yourself a spring that has a progressive spring rate. I know for sure that Eibachs are progressive, but I'm sure there are many others out there too.

Werd. I have 17s on my 92, and because the car is so small, they look like 19s! The bloody thing would be all wheels if I went any bigger.
