Just wanted to show my new dyno #s
OK first I'll put down my ACTUAL NUMBERS which ain't sh** since the real deal is the corrected numbers.......... I don't have the dyno charts in front of me so they may be a tad off..... 402whp and 290 lb-ft torque and corrected is 369.8whp an 260 lb-ft torque. This was a 21 psi the RC 550 cc injectors are maxing out at over 100% actually hit 105%, I think by the end of the session about 101-102% duty cycle for the injectors . Also the tubro is spiing then falling off up top.... too small. I may have to rid the AC and go bigger. Oh at the top of the chart A/F was down to 10- 9.5:1 very very rich, no matter what we did we couldn't lean it out at all up top above 7500 rpms. Injectors maxed and stuck open. I'll be at the track tomorrow if it don't rain. Thanks to Chuck at Abacus one of the cooest guys around, SHad from Accuracy Automotive for tuning the car with the laptop and Mattaka bluehatch1220 for driving the car on the dyno! Oh yeah last run of the night the car broke the strap on the dyno and flew to the left almost hitting the guard rail. WHOOOOO! Scary, the strap let loose actually. We did a run prior in 3rd gear and the tires spun out on the dyno losing traction. :eek: Car gas a 68mm Holley TB and Skunk2 IM and type 24 Greddy IC now with Hondata Stage 2b. :D

I may totally wrong here, but how do you get 105% duty cycle? I thought that 100% would be max meaning always open all the time. How do you go past 100%?

That's what the Hondata Hondalogger said, we ended up about 101% on the injectors.They are maxed out though past their limits really. My set up is B16A Endyn 9.3 RW pistons, Eagle rods, Skunk2 Intake Manifold, Holley 68mm TB, HKS Manual Boost Controller, Stock head and cams, Skunk2 cam gears, Tanabe Racing Medallion Exhaust(unbolted on dyno) Drag 3 turbo kit(T3/T04B turbo too small), Greddy type 24 BIG I, MSD Digital 6, MSD Blaster SS coil, Hondata Stage 2 B , RC Eng 550cc injectors, AEM FPR, ACT six puck and Quaife. I think that's it. Wanted to hit 400whp. I will probably get 720cc injectors bigger turbo and may have to go ahead and ditch AC

Hey, i posted over on clubsi ( http://forums.clubsi.com/showflat.ph...&Number=403707 ) and SiRacer said he can fix your password for you if you give him your email address (or i can do it).
Is dragnsi@sega.net your current address?
Also, do you have your datalogging file saved? If you read the clubsi post, one guy said he talked to Doug @ Hondata and he wants to see the datalogging file to figure out how the injector duty cycle is recording > 100%
