someone familiar with fuel pressure , systems etc.. HELP!!!!
does this make sense ?
do they sell a fuel pressure regulator that would be able to tap off my existing fuel line and hold 40 psi, but without a return line ?
im trying to add a 25 wet shot to my charged teg, but my fuel pressures are at 90 psi on 310 cc injectors now. the nos tech told me i cant pump 90 psi of fuel to the nos jet, its too much pressure. he said i need to add a new FPR, does anybody sell a FPR that just has a DEAD END, per say.
the diagram below show what i want to do: from the T's and lower, that is what i want to add, the rest of the stuff i already have, ( B&M, Cartech, etc..)
--------------------------------injectors--------30 psi-------90 psi----------------------
fuel line IN--------------1-----2----3-----4-----B&M------CARTECH-------OUT line---

why dont you go to a larger injector and lower the presssure
That's exactly what you need to do. The high pressures with the smaller injectors is dangerous also. If you happen to go under that pressure, your screwed.

I agree with both the guys suggestions, 90 psi is dangerous.
But if you need to keep the system, your best bet is to add a secondary fueling section. Tee off the fuel filter and add two inline pumps one for your 90 psi system and one for the 40 psi system. Re-connect them at the return line to the tank.
The 40psi pump will be off most of the time until you engage the NOS system. You can get a cheap low flow pump for the NOS line since its just a 25shot.
That may not be what you want to hear, but it will work.
