Neat-o
its essentially a resisitor in a box
ecu wants to see .5V coming from the rear 02 sensor this takes the input voltage runs it through the proper resistor and puts it out to the ecu
k thanks

So its the same exact thing as those diagrams that have been floating around, I bought the resistors from radio shack a while ago but never got around to actually doing this. A friend of mine and I were talking about how you can just solder the resistors in line with the original 02 harness and ditch the PC board as well, and if you even wanted to solder them at the ECU.
Hit up Ken/Black R. I believe he was making some plug-in and play versions for a decent price. If not, let me know, I have the diagram, but the colors aren't right. Also I believe somebody tried to make one and had to make a few changes to the resitiance. Try a search, its been covered multiple times.
Tin foiling the secondary also works well.
You may get a "slow response" code once in a (long) while, but I believe the same thing occurs with the simulators.

you can also try using an antifouler. they sell it at kragens. its a metal bung that you screw into the existing bung on your cat. then you screw in your o2 sensor into the antifouler. the antifouler bung positions your o2 sensor farther out from the inside of the cat. that way the ecu thinks that the cat is still working. it worked on my friends car.

.....that is essentially what the godspeed testpipe has.
I just make a plug and play version of what asspenny posted.
They're a pain in the *** to make, but for you Bbasso I'll hook it up.

while you're at it, mind hooking me up too? I've got to be close to burning out my CEL light and I need it to be functional to pass GA emissions. If it's too big a PITA nevermind

It connects inline with your o2 sensor. I have yet to try it on a honda or
acura. They said it would only work on Mazda and Mitsubishi but we have
tried it on a bunch of nissans and worked w/o any problems. I assume its
just a general 02sim.
