Well, I previously posted the dyno chart from my personal car about a month ago. When I did that dyno, I simply unplugged my boost controller (which, with my current controller, causes maximum boost). That's the blue line.
The red line is the same car (same setup) with everything the same except that the turbo was rebuilt and the car was retuned. The boost was also controlled with the boost controller maxxed out, so the new red lines are on less boost (I would guess 2-3psi, but its hard to tell because of the large difference between gauge pressure and absolute pressure here).
The new pull goes to around 9.5k, I would have liked to pulled it to 10k or further; I'll think try that next time out

Setup: very simple
Stock bore b18c, LS crank
CP pistons, full-race rods
Old-school (I mean really old, but still holding strong) full-race prostreet manifold
t3/t67, .63 hotside
3" full-race DP, 4" JouleSpeed exhaust
The only differences:
1) rebuilt turbo
2) removed the MSD 7al in place of a 100% stock ignition system with nothing but a blaster 3 coil wired directly to the distributor (I was motivated by Jeff Evans' most recent posts to try it out)
3) retuned by me
It feels so much smoother on the stock ignition system with the blaster coil too, which I thought was very strange. The tune changes were more drastic than I expected them to be.

What type of bearing was used for your rebuild on the turbo? I know if you have a FR turbo they state they use the 360 degree thrust bearing. I hear it was a bit off balanced and looks like your spool time is better...
