i bought the seat and it would not fit so what can i do help please..........

it will fit but its not a direct bolt in and next time wait more than 20 mins to bump your thread...it was prob like the 3rd one down and are you really gonna do it right now anyways?

 

You need to custom fabricate your own mounts.

well i hope you have a lot of time cuz you need custom brackets and imo i wouldnt do it.....ep3 seats make you sit almost 2 inches higher.....i would sel the seats and buy something else but hey thats me, i dont like sitting high

yeah .. i agree .. it's personal preference .. i'm on del sol seats and they're wayyyyy lower than civic seats .. but i still want to sit lower ..

 

i put some civic type r seats (ep3 ukdm) in my ej2 with a bit of bending you can use the origional runners,you need to elongate the holes in the runner so you can shift the entire seat in towards the centre of the car. the front inner mounting bracket on each seat needs to be cut off and bolted to the cars origional mounting point so it can then be lined up with the seat bolted in and welded
the seats do sit alot higher and if youve got a short shifter it is akward to get gears,
this is the reason why i have taken the seats out and are currently for sale on ebay

did u look around to see if the seats have the same seat pans as urs???? i think honda uses the same seat pan in many of thier seats

 

as many people stated above they sit WAAAAAY too high you should just sell the and spent $100 on some gsr seats and save youself the headaches...

I got the EP3 seat in my EG Hatch, and I custom fabricate my own rails, I got them to fit just perfect, and I actually manage to get the EP seat, just a bit lower than the stock EG5 seats. And everthing are working on the seats.
