Help! Quick! Just Broke LCA Bolt!!!
Well, **** it happened. Installing my new D2's and then the bolt has to break off. I need to know if I can Just hammer it out w/ a BFH and a punch, or if i have to drill it out or get a new LCA... This is a bad day for me. Everyting is going wrong.... *&%$@)*%*&%)*@$&%)*&@%$)*&%@$)*&% /rant
Well, if i replace, i will more than likely upgrade, but would rather not spend money on LCA rite now. The inside of the bushing isnt threaded rite, so if I just get a huge hammer i can just 'splode it outta there, correct? Dammit Im just sooo pissed rite now... LOL

The only thing is that I dont want to break any more bolts than I HAVE to, and I am terribly scared that im gonna break more bolts off.
edit... does any one know what the dimensions of teh bolt that i broke(LCA to shock body).

Here is a link to a thread about the same topic a couple of days ago. Maybe you'll find something useful.

Happened to me also. Broke the head right off. My uncle grabbed and electric saw and cut out the bolt. He also put a torch on it for a while. Then he took off the other 2 lca bolts and droped the arm. Hammered out the bushing and replaced it.
