Damn that's a lot of miles. You need to get that thinned out oil out of there now. Before you do anything else, change your oil. It also wouldn't hurt to change your spark plugs as well.
Now if you shook enough stuff loose in the IM, you might need to readjust your idle with the idle screw.

I you're feeling brave and have some time on your hands, you can pop off the oil pan and spray some cleaner up into the pickup... lots of sludge should come out...not because of the sea-foam, just because.
i like sea foam.
I use to pour it right down in to the combustion cambers
start the motor
let it decarbinze the insides for like 10min or less
drive the car around some
then drain the oil.
(ALOT of White smoke, ALOT!!!!!! will pour out your car)
I recommend doing this after 12am on a weekday ONLY; far or out of sight of others
I would pour it down in my PVC tube too.
it helped with/fixed
idle
acclearation loss
injectors
etc.
Oh yeah Sea foam "Deep Creep" is great for slipping belts and whatever you can use it for, just about. I wacted Deep creep dissolve years worth of blow-by build up on a throttle butterfly front and back in less than 30sec's. It was caked on too.
