Default Yikes, Alarm Fluttering, Colperate stuck Brake Lights

Well tonight my Python 880xp start fluttering making mad clicking noises and couldnt be turned off, even with the battery disconnected??? So I put on the battery charger then the alarm went off so I turned it off. Ends up looks like my brake lights are stuck on, could the brake switch most likely be the problem(under brake pedal)???Also does my alarm have a backup battery or something since it wouldnt shut up even with the ground disconnected??????
