People who are getting or thinking of getting Place Racing Frontcross member read!
I had mine break on me today while driving. It broke where the right front radius arm conects to the main bar. Good thing I wasn't going fast because when I hit my brakes the car felt way out of control. I got it home and poped the hood and I saw where it had broken. Well aleast they will replace it but I gotta wait a month because they are on back order...I wish HAsport made this item becasue they have the best comstumer service out there. 
And I am sure that theirs wouldn't fail either. So buyer and current owners keep an eye out for cracks and stress marks in the coating.

Well I've had mine for about 4-5 months already and nothing has happened to it, but I'll keep an eye out, thanks.

I got mine in last NOV. so less then 4 months....I have been really happy with the product and I can understand that things can fail but why do I have to wait so long? I wish they where just alittle more caring about customers. They always sound pissed when I call.

Things don't have to fail if designed/ tested properly. Especially things like these

Ya I know...it's a major saftey issue. I was going like 35 when I found somthing was wrong. The car felt very unstable. But hey I am still in one peice and so is my car.

I would love to get a Z10 kit but I can't afford it! my turbo setup is design around teh place racing crossmember so I would have to redo all that fun stuff again!

my z10 just arrived yesterday. i'm placing it on this weekend. i'll let you guys now how i like it. i'm sure i'll like it a lot.

Haven't broken mine yet (9 mos.) but bang the shi- out of the outside lower corners which hang WAY down....

I took some pictures today and they are on my HD. I need someone to host them. You can all check out what happend then. Also I must say after thinking about it I don't want to use this crossmember anymore. I will just bite the bullet and save for a z10 crossmember. I just can't have this happen to me when I go to the Niagra event and other meets. Think about being stranded 250+ miles from home and the company that makes it tells you to wait a month till they have one for you. I will be sending them an email requesting a refund and if they don't except I wil take legal actions if that is possable. I would recomend that no body buys these crossmember for there cars becuse it's a serious safty issue!
