Or get a filler and make it a solid dog bone (or what ever people like to call it) or if you are really good at moding then get the hydrolic one for GM and retro fit it in. Engine stablizer at all stages, just depends on how long you want it to last.
I have the front mount from my Accord which has an insert. I thought I had a picture of it since it is for sale with the many other Accord parts I have but I can't find it. I can take a picture of it on Tuesday or something after the holiday since I will be out of town. But if no one posts a picture up before then I'll get a picture of it and post it up.
edit:
and to the question about which mount goes first, I would say the front mount as well. One thing to look for when any mount breaks is for increased vibrations when at a stop. As soon as you get moving though those vibrations should settle.
And if you do put a mount insert in, vibrations will increase slightly. When I replaced my front motor mount, I also installed an insert. It did increase vibrations a little but it wasn't bad at all. I only had the front insert in though, the more inserts or filled-in mounts you have the more vibrations your going to feel.

front. note* i wouldnt recommend putting in inserts or filling it if the front mount or any mount for that matter is broken already. id go with a new mount and fill them/put inserts in so that it wont crack a second time.
Even if the mounts aren't visible broken or cracked.. after 7-9 years, the rubber weakens and will deflect much more than when they were new. Just an FYI.
If you want to test it, and have an automatic, powerbrake your car in drive and reverse. You will see how much movement you actually have.
If you have a stick, an early warning sign is an unsteady feel in your clutch pedal on take off.
My front and rear mounts have just arrived today, so I will be putting them in on saturday. If anyone needs pics lemme know.
BTW: I had black energy suspension inserts in my front mount for years, I liked it at first because the wheel hop dissappeared, but the vibration i got when I turned the A/C on was just way to much. Everything in the car rattled and it sounded like ****. For a daily driver in hot climate (florida/california) I would highly advise against it.
Good luck.

Your engine doesn't really have much left to right movement because of the way it is designed. You should never have to replace those mounts.
If I were you, I would only worry about the front and back ones.

my idle is really rough.....and so im thinking its a motormount....ive never checked them out, so i really dont know how/what to look for, other than the ovbious signs of wear/breakage.....

Car was rebuilt from salvage at 60K (front clip and passanger side ripped off) and those side mounts are original. I figured since I was in there to replace the front mount, side mounts, and some suspension rubber.
Car is at 130,126 miles and it had a hard 1st to 2nd shift. This is usually an indication of a bad mount in the front of the car.

I have like a bouncing feel engaging 1st and again into 2nd. Quite a bit of vibration at low idle. Sound like motor mounts? They're probly original, 118k miles.

My front went. Then i fixed it and thought everything was ok. Next thing you know i blew up my differential in the tranny. Damn ex rear motor mount. If any of you have a 94-97 ex model accord make sure you use a lx dx or prelude rear motor mount when swapping the h22. The Ex model will cause alot of problems. Damn torque of the h22
