noise from rear backin up??
I"m having a similar proble. Mine sounds like popcorn/crackling sound when in neutral coasting backwards or forwards at 10mph and below. Once in gear and driving, no sound at all. Took it to the dealer and they couldn't find out what it was. The service tech heard the sound and while testing it out, he turned off the engine and it still made the sound, indicating it's not the engine.
ya i have a noobie friend that has the same problem. its really annoying. everytime he'd back out people would look and laugh at him. i told him to just drive the car off a cliff and that will solve the problem.
that's called BRAKE CLICK, change of direction of brake pads most audible on rear than front, this common on newer hondas specially when the brakes are cold.
