Default Dhracing portwork?

So doing a search only yielded a few threads and the opinions seemed pretty mixed.

Who is running DH-racing heads? Worth the money? A lot of people say that for the money, alaniz or portflow is better. But I can get the dh head for $550 (ebay) which is much cheaper than the other two.

dh racing is run by a gut named Dave Hickman
i have tried to deal with them in the past and i had problems with them shipping pistons it was strange how it all worked out. N E ways i hav been e-mailing them for a week now and i tried clling and no call back yet its been 2 days. he didn't like me e-mailing questions he wanted me call instead he ws kinda rude in his e-mails

i would ask specific questions and he would reply very general so i'd ask again and finsll he e-mailed me

DO YOU WANT ME TO CALL YOU????

and i called him and no reply yet

^^^What? I didn't find any. Now GUDE had some sick horror stories, but I didn't see any for DHR.

Who is actually using their heads? You can't say they aren't proven, that's the whole point of this thread. I'm trying to see who has a DH head and their opinions on it.

I had a head ported by them. With that and crower cams and valvetrain, I made 304whp on 8psi on a stock block LS.
