Default Paint for intercooler?

What's up. I saw a white WRX wagon last year with a painted spearco FMIC. Looked pretty hot. I keep hearing about how normal high-heat spray paint can mess up the temp. transfer of the air going through the IC, if the IC is painted with that sort of stuff.

I've heard of paint used for radiators but I've searched all over Google and could not find anything.

Does anyone know where I can pick up some of this stuff and have any of you done it?

Krylon, flat black, and cover it well....

I did, and have no ambient air temp change whatsoever.

Thanks for the links man.

I an debating on whether to spray my IC or not, even though it's not fully tucked behind the bumper.

Here is a picture of it.

I think it's better like that. I mean even if you spray it your still gonna see it easily. Might as well be bling bling.

I ran around with a black painted FMIC for quite a while, no problems whatsoever
