Well I'm trying not to just throw stuff at my set up and actually make all my parts work together. Of course, like all new people I got i/h/e before thinking about anything.
My setup is as follows:
'93 JDM h22a, 10.6 CR, 7400 rpm shiftpoint.
Fake j's racing short ram + K&N filter
EuroR Intake Manifold w/ Hondata IM gasket
AN-R h22/civic header
2.5" KTeller Exhaust... 1 22" resonator and mag. es oval muffler
All street tuned via uberdata.
Basically I've been thinking about rocket's regrinds for a little while now, but i don't want to just throw on a part and see if it works, I'd like to have some cam and flow principles behind the cam specs that I choose.
If anyone can make any suggestions or point me in the direction of a website that can explain it, I'd be very appreciative. Also, I know this may sound noob-ish, but please don't tell me to read a 500 page book. This will probably be my only project and if I can get by on the basics of cam knowledge i'd like too. I have enough learning to do in other fields.
Thanks again...

p.s. I'm looking for best midrange power from 4500-7000, I'll be auto-x'ing and a little bit of hpde.
