Default Honda civic 97 LX Check Signal P0304 and p1399 codes ?

Guys,
I got the following error codes on my 97 honda civic, These are the same error codes that i got exactly 6 months ago, and when i looked, the spark plugs were terribly worn out and i replaced them and the light went off.

P0304 Cylinder #4 Misfire Detected
P1399 Ignition System or Misfire

Here again, the same situation. Do you guys think that i got some problem with the spark plug cables/wires ? If so how can i test the wires to be good ?

I replace the distributor cap and rotor 6 months ago.

My car mileage is 100K now

What are your recommendations ?

Thanks in advance

Spark plug wires are spark plug wires. However, I'd probably go with NGK wires just for quality sake and how long they last. There are a bunch of spark plug wires that will fall apart or break apart over time.

If that doesn't work, it could be the coil spring, etc.. in the distributor and might be time to rebuild the internals if not purchase a new dizzy.

Good luck.
