Looks like I got scammed by ITR0950

I don't want to post on the site like this. But looks like the seller, ITR0950, doesn't want to responds to my emails or YMs.

I've paid ITR0950 on Nov 12 for a JRSC BTC. I was expecting him to ship it soon. Then Nov 24, Wed, he emailed me that he might be able to ship it on Fri No 26 or let me know otherwise. Well, today is Dec 6th. I still haven't received my item or any emails. So here it is, I'm waiting for his respond as this is my last resource which I didn't want to do. If anyone knows him, then tell him to reply me. I'll be more than happy to remove this thread when it's resolve.

The guy promise to email or ym a tracking or refund me yesterday. I guess he hasn't send it out. I've emailed and ym'ed him again and still no reponses.

did you report him to Moderators? LOL maybe they can give you his addresse and get your buddies to bomb his house or something LOL. Well 2 tips next time. Make sure they have a good Vouches from known people and 2nd make sure they are Paypal verified that way you can most likely get your money back. GL.

well...the guys is paypal verified. I've contact paypal already but haven't heard from them yet. Since i pay with Credit card, can i dispute it with them?

Hey Guys,

I finallly got my btc today. Looks like all the emails and this thread helps. But looks like the guy ship it on Dec 9. It took a month, and many emails, ym..etc after I paid (on Nov 12) before it arriveds. It's good that I got the stuff, but definitely a hassle with the communication from the seller.
