Default removed my tranny, tell me if my clutch needs replacing...photo

i removed my tranny, already got a used one from a 97 gsr waiting for the install.
paid 900 for the tranny. My only question is , should i replace the clutchmasters stage 4 clutch and get the flywheel resurfaced ?

look at the pics and let me know what you guys think.

the clutch was grabbing pretty good, but now that the tranny went "south", i'm debating on swapping out he clutch for another clutchmasters stage 4 clutch. I'm actually selling the car and i'm the type of person that likes to do **** "THE RIGHT WAY", so the guy who buys it from me is getting a straight deal, rather than me skimpin' on the clutch and ****, then it grabs like *** after he buys it. I'd rather spend a little of my own money and do it right the first time, so everybody's happy in the end. Thats the reason i just went out and got the tranny. When i sell the car, i want whoever buys it to feel the true power of the car. Im also changing out the cv boots and stuff. Doin' it the right way.
heres a thread on the car including a couple of video's.

resurfacing the flywheel is a cheap and good start to ensuring things will turn out well

I would, you already have it apart and it looks pretty glazed over, same deal on the clutch plate you already got it apart, you might as well
