Important question!!!
I was wondering if your timing is way off would ur car not fire up ? And if it is off and ur car doesnt start would it through a CEL ? The reason y I ask is because I changed my distributor and I think that it mite of caused my timing to change when i was putting in the new distributor... I have no CEL and my fuel pump turns on ... by my car wont fire up

yes i am sure that the spark plug are in order the firing order is 1-3-4-2 in clockwise... the 1 is in the bottom left, 3 is in the top left, 4 is in the top right and 2 is right under it...

It's your timing alright but the easiest answer to give you for correcting it is to follow the repair manual's proceedure. There are certain steps to follow when you remove the distributor and then put it back on, to make sure everything stays lined up. If you didn't do it correctly (which sounds like the case) the best thing to do is follow the instructions from scratch and redo it.

yes if your timing is incorrect it would not start the car. and no it would not always throw a cel. usually to throw a cel the car would actually have to be started already.
it is most likely related to what you just changed on the car which is the distributor.
i would remove the distributor, and re-install it following a guide to make sure its properly installed and in correct timing.
i dont know if you did but what you should have done is when installing theh new distributor, made sure that it went in at the same angle and way as the old one came out. meaning if the rotor was facing the contact for plug 2, you install it in the same exact way.
