My B16a throttle response sucks!!
Like the title said. I notice it takes a few miliseconds to respond, so I have to push on the gas a little early on the start and go. This gets annoying when I'm daily driving.
I've drove my friend's stock GSR and it's way more responsive and solid than my B16. Anybody have similar experience? Any ideas what might be wrong?
My setup:
Stock B16a generation 2 (compression test 215psi)
G-spec full catback exhaust
Stock catalytic converter
Cheap ebay short ram intake

Tighten the throttly cable, its good for a little extra response. But you proly already did that, so it could be a lot of little things, check your timing too, his may not be stock, and revs up quicker. I had a LS in my daily driven hatch, and when i got it, teh dizzy was advanced andit revved up real quick. I put it back to stock, and revved slower. Worth a try.
