Default Rear Camber Washer Trick.. How many Washers did you use!?

Basically what the title says.

Did you use the OEM bolts or Longer Bolts?

Appox how much of a drop was the car and how many Washers did you use?

Im currently running D2 coilovers and the rear tires are tucked up to the threads so there is no wheel gap.. I stuck w/ the OEM bolts and used 3 washers.. Just wanted to get an idea of how many washers ppl usually use and on how big of a drop. The kit that i bought off a friend that sold his accord ($3) bolts are alot shorer then the OEM accord Bolts.. Tha's why i stuck w/ the OEM BOLTs .. The washers they i am running are as THICk as our honda keys ( obviously the Silver part of the key ) Any info would be greatly apprecaited

Below are my Search results, Non of them anwser my question above

i used 2 stainless steel washers on each bolt. I actually bought longer bolts, but didnt end up needing it. I think theres still some negative camber, but thats ok. Not the greatest pic, but its all i got.

i was going to ask the same question, i have ground control coilovers with kyb agx's and my car is only droped between 1.5-2, and i used the oem bolts with three washers, i dont think that mine are as thick as a key, but i used 3 and visually i can still notice a fair amount of neg camber, should i use more or get fatter washers? 97 ex coupe

I found this website helpful with pics:

http://home.earthlink.net/~civ....html

From what I hear, its 1 washer per inch of drop (very rough guideline).

Yes, but the thing about that site is that a few ppls had problems w/ the BOLT's that are pictured on the site. They freeze up (rust-up) and then have to drilled out and the hole re-tapped.. Besides the OEM bolt is long enough to accomadate (sp?) 2 washers and in MINE and Buddy C case its okay up to 3 washers..

again my washers are as thick as the key (silver part NOT the black part)

I have always heard the maximum amount you should use is 3 washers. I have nuespeed race springs and have 3 washers in the back and almost perfect camber.

I used 4 for each bolt with longer bolts of course. This is with Rs-r springs.
