Looks nice, but don't work with a damn.

Moroso is what you want.

jegs sells the moroso, but I only see 1 hole. Does it have an IN line for the oil and an OUT line to go back to the intake?? Is there a better place to buy than jegs ($65)

Thanks!

The Moroso one that T.O.O. sells at the Endyn site says that it is a Moroso catch can that has been "modified"... guess they add the extra fitting and then resell it along with all the hoses and stuff? I kinda wonder how important a catch can is if you aren't running forced induction though....?

That is a good point. The Moroso got the good rep because it is baffled. The idea was to lower the chance of detonation causing oil vapors from the pressurized valve cover (leakage from pressurized intake). Don't think it is much of an issue unless you are running FI. The Moroso is also made of al instead of plastic.

At the time I only have a breather on my valve cover and you should have seen all the oil that came out of it and all over my intake manifold, before I run on a track again I will make sure I do have a catch can. Xian as you know I do not have forced induction.

you may not have forced induction but with the G loads that you're pulling on the track it may be that the oil is getting forced out from acceleration and cornering forces!

So there's a fair amount of oil coming thru the breather? hmmm... /me thinks maybe a catch can isn't such a bad idea after all

Yea the hose from my valve cover to my intake (comptech) is a little screwey and it came out @ Sebring and make a bit of a mess. Also, my logic for one is that the engine will burn alot clearner due to all that oil and **** being caught in a can rather than re-burning it... **** emmisions!

Cusco would be expensive since you have to import that bitch.

I don't understand how an oil catch can allows for increased boost levels on F/I engines. Isn't an oil catch can wasted on N/A applications? Well I guess the oil collected saves you having to top off in the long run.

Im mainly getting one so 1, it dosent make a mess in my bay. 2. so my engine will run cleaner and not get that oil **** in my intake, manifold. etc.. 3. I like to get worse gas milage, and 4. I hate emissions ****.

PC Ventallation isn't good for maintaining pressue/boost on the manifold. A typical PCV system creates a leak and a mess.

oil (from PCV) in the incoming air will increase chances of detonation. This is VERY important on higher boost setups.
