ok. posted this in the prelude forum but had no luck. so here.


i've just noticed this.. at idle my crank pulley wobbles a slight bit, and at idle when its wobbling, it tends to be making some small noise, due to the wobble i suppose.
the engine only has about 60k on it total.


anyone ever had this happen before?
could it mean a bearing is going out?
or anything serious?

Pulley should not be wobbling. Can you confirm that it is tightened properly?!

 

ive been tryin to get an answer from this for a while also.. im not tryin to jack your thread or anything.. just would like some more insite.. this is a car that i sold to a "girl" friend of mine and she thinks its bad but i dont think its too bad at all.. the pulley has a slight chip in it but thats all.. here is small movie so you can see it..

we replaced the power steering belt that had a small fray in it and i think it might have made it better, but at times it seems to whobble a little more but not positive.. how does that movie look to everyone else? i also noticed the timing belt might need to be tightened but we were already planning on doing this..

the video looks good and everything is fine?? im gonna get another shot of it some other time this week, to me i think ive seen it worse sometimes also.. thanks for the input
