type in non-cap locks dude. type full letters as well (who still does that typing in short cuts in words?)
is it the turn signal on the corner light or the bumper? or is it the rear?
make sure its pos/pos and neg/neg. and check the fuses for it under the steering column.

the bulbs in the ones you got from the wrecker might be fried. I'd say check that first, then check to see if the wires going to them are getting power. If not, work your way back to the problem - it shouldn't be too hard. If you need a wiring diagram, there are plenty of places on the net that have the EF service manual free to download. Google "EF civic service manual". Hope this helps.

Just get a tester to see if the wires are getting any power....you could just go behind the cluster and set the turn signal and check each wire to see which one is blinking on and off ( the tester bulb should be going on and off) then just cut and slpice wires and connectors all the way to the lights. This is a last resort if cannot find the problem or don't want to dish out the bucks to a electrician. but it does work just tie everything up and wrap in electrical tape real neat and tuck all wires. just a suggestion..........it could just be that your wires are fried.
