HELP! running super rich! low end sputtering! terrible MPG's WONT PASS SMOG
i have an ed6 with a b18a swap and i went to get her smogged and the guy said shes running really rich and he thinks its misfiring. here is the paper he gave me :

(sorry for not resizing, have a terrible scanner so i figured it would be easiest to read this way)
she sputters at low rpms and has heavy idle fluctuations and stalls sometimes when shes around 1/4 tank. i have no idea where to start! any help is greatly appreciated!

When I fixed mine I found out it was my timing. It was WAY off. Is your timing set right?
she's running rich from what you described ,change your o2 sensor, well first make sure it's plugged in(don't ask)

one more for o2 sensor
then you could check the cap and rotor which helped me and it isnt too expensive either

I looked at my o2 sensor a few days ago when I was changing my oil and its still shiny and new looking. the wire looks new too but ill pull it off and see what's acually going on.
I just put the ctr crank pulley on due to my old one having a chunk missing and I timed it to the red line which is 16 degrees if what I was told is correct
I just replaced the cap and rotor because the rotor came off on the freeway lol

Ya, if you have an OBD0 O2 sensor for a B series engine it will replace it fine. Did you check the sensors that pulled codes? I've seen a car pull those 2 codes before, turned out the owner had plugged them in reverse (map to TPS, TPS to map).
Personal experience when it's running super rich and its bogging a bit it's the timing that's off. I've had DOHC Zc that had the intake cam off, throwing off the signal to the injectors, thing ran like a POS but it was an easy fix. And yes, it is possible to have the timing jump all of a sudden, especially under load. Depends on the condition of the belt.

umm I have an obd0 bseries and I have it timed to 16 degrees.
the belt is new becuase I bought a smaller one for the ctr pulley

if i were you i'd advance the timing to about 18-20 you'd get a cleaner burn ,and you might notice a tiny bit more ummfff ,not much ,if any
did you check the o2?

I haven't had too many problems with running rich but the problems I did have were either because of a bad/wrong O2 sensor or ecu or both. The ecu I was using was for a one wire so I got a new 4 wire sensor and the right ecu. Hope that helps.

How does changing the crank pulley effect the size of your timing belt? You must be talking alternator belt, I'm talking timing belt. Just cause the dizzy is set to 16 degrees does not mean its timed proper via the belt.

yeah im running the right ecu obd0 pr4.
so should i get the o2 sensor for the 91 integra?
il try advancing the timing after i install the o2 sensor, payday is friday
